Welcome to Holiday Shores Park. Nestled on the shores of beautiful Lake Seminole in the heart of Pinellas County, Florida, Holiday Shores Park is a community of 311 homes, many with spectacular views of the sparkling waterway.

 

Originating in the early 1970's as a privately-owned mobile home park, the planned community of residences flourished. Then, in 1980, the residents banded together to form the Holiday Shores Park Corporation in order to purchase the property. Now completely debt-free, with the mortgage paid off in full in 1998, Holiday Shores Park is a 55+ resident-owned cooperative community.

 

Our residents delight in an active Florida lifestyle and may participate in varied recreational, social and leisure activities. We have a large clubhouse with exercise room, pool room, library and card room.  Our heated swimming pool is open year-round, and residents can enjoy our putting green, shuffleboard courts, gazebo and walkable streets. Monthly parties and other planned events are eagerly anticipated.
